About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website (solaceautoimportsltd.com) or engage Solace Auto Imports Limited — a certified used car dealer in Westmoreland, Jamaica — to buy, source, or import a vehicle.
Listings & pricing
Inventory shown on this site is a live guide, not a binding offer. Vehicle availability, specifications, and pricing are confirmed when you speak with us. Photos represent the actual vehicle where stated; minor details can vary.
Sourcing & imports
Sourcing requests are quoted per vehicle. Import timelines depend on shipping, customs, and licensing authorities, so dates we give are best estimates. Any deposit, balance, and delivery arrangements are agreed with you in writing before we proceed.
Inspections & condition
We encourage you to view and inspect any vehicle (or have your mechanic do so) before purchase. Unless expressly stated in writing, vehicles are sold as inspected. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law are unaffected.
Website use
Don't misuse the site — no attempts at unauthorised access, scraping for resale, or submitting false enquiries. Content, branding, and photos belong to Solace Auto Imports or their owners.
Liability
